Fabrikėlis Seafood grill & bubbles








Two years ago, we teamed up with Fabrikėlis and chef Ovidijus for Tomato Fest, where everything from the cocktails to the desserts revolved around tomatoes. One night, one theme, a little bit unhinged in the best way possible.
Now we’re back with a new obsession: SEAFOOD! With an a little addition – bubbles!
For one evening only, Another Bite Food Club x Fabrikėlis presents Seafood Grill & Bubbles. We’re taking over the Michelin-recommended spot on Pasakų street, known for its seasonal menus, local ingredients, and effortlessly relaxed atmosphere that somehow always turns dinner into an all-night thing.
Chef Ovidijus is creating a special one-night-only menu featuring oysters, carabineros, scallops, langoustines, smoked trout, and more dishes coming straight off the flames.
You’ll be welcomed with a drink on arrival, and throughout the evening, Sauvage will be pouring a selection of new bubbles available to taste and order by the glass. Sommelier Monika will be there to guide you through the wines, help with pairings, and chat all things bubbles.
Expect a laid-back evening filled with seafood, bubbles, long tables, good music, and that first taste of the coming summer.

Sourdough bread with whipped yogurt butter
Oysters with fermented jalapeños and koji
Asparagus with morel mushrooms
Italian shellfish with elderflower
Smoked trout with campfire-roasted potatoes
Carabineros prawns
Sourdough tacos with eel
Scallops with shellfish sauce
Grilled langoustines
Charred cucumber salad
Rhubarb with lilac blossom ice cream

A welcome drink is included; more Sauvage bubbles will be available to order separately throughout the evening.
