Do we really need an introduction for this one?
Since 2023, Forest Experience has been one of the most anticipated Food Club dinners of the year. The kind of dinner people ask about months in advance and talk about long after it’s over.
Before the Michelin recognition, before B’ARN Bistro, before becoming one of Lithuania’s most talked-about chefs, Arnas Petronis spent his summers cooking outdoors with his grandmother in a small barn kitchen in the countryside. Fish over fire, vegetables from the garden, long evenings outside. That’s where it all started.
Every year, we go back to those roots.
For one evening only, we head deep into the forest and create a restaurant that exists for a single night. One long table between the trees. Fire cooking. Good wine. Great company.
This year, we’re doing things a little differently. There will be no menu.
We’re simply giving Arnas complete freedom to cook whatever inspires him that day and surprise us along the way. If you’ve ever eaten his food, you already know that’s exactly what you want.
Over the years we’ve picked up a few traditions, including the famous clay-baked turbot, but every Forest Experience is different. That’s what makes it special.
