Toma, who is a good friend of mine, is a London based (Lithuanian by heart) private chef & passionate cook that travels around the globe to eat and cook. Literally!

Eclectic and adventurous (no rules or measurements most of the times;) have been profoundly influenced by the foods and cultures she has explored over the years ❤️

Prawn crackers with nice dip or two to dip in

Larb gai (chicken) with aromatic herbs in lettuce cups

Massaman curry of beef
Three flavour whole fish, that’s sweet & sour with a bit of kick 🌶️
Vegetable green curry

Coconut pears with mango & lime
