Food Lovers, I invite you to join Shannon and Myself on a one week food trip through beautiful Puglia. Immerse yourself in the local culture and cuisine as we stay in a breathtaking modern villa designed by Andrew Trotter, complete with a swimming pool and outdoor kitchen.

During the trip, we will enjoy:

* A one-week stay at the luxurious villa, with a car and private driver at our disposal.

* A cheese-making session with one of Puglia's top cheese producers.

* A private bread tour and lunch at the cheese bar.

* Private boat to take us to catch octopus for dinner while enjoying Aperitivo

* A private wine tasting and dinner by chef Daniele at his Restaurant.

* A beautiful dinner by chef Giorgia Goggi

* Freshest seafood from seaside seafood shacks, to local trattoria and fine dining restaurant

* Daily breakfasts in the villa.

* When we are not out Lunches, Aperitivo, and Dinners prepared by me back at our Villa.

* Visits to the port and old town of Bari and other charming towns in Puglia.

* and of course chill time by the pool with a crisp glass of wine or bubbles.

The full itinerary, restaurant options, and additional activities will be disclosed to confirmed participants. If desired, we can also add a lunch workshop with a cool local foodie couple, or even arrange a classic Italian motorboat from the 1990s and go around the west coast of Puglia, while enjoying local products, focaccia and chilled wine..
