Invitation to an Exclusive Culinary Trip in India hosted by a first-class private chef

Mark end of October 2023 in your calendar because this is when we will leave from Vilnius airport for the ten days of ritzy Indian adventure, which I am sure you never thought existed. Honestly, neither did I.
On the day of arrival, we will be greeted by the personal chef, who will be our host for all days. With his guidance, we will immerse ourselves in an Indian romance of food, adventure, and lifestyle. We will spend our days and nights in the finest design-forward boutique hotels, taste Indian wine, explore local markets and prepare dinner all together, have private cooking classes, dine in the best Indian restaurants, have a unique private dining experience in the dunes, take sunset boat rides and sip champagne or go on refreshing hikes in the hilly forests. And these are only a few experiences to mention. Besides that, there will be plenty of time to relax, make personal discoveries and enjoy the best India offers.

Day 1 - Vilnius - Delhi - Jaipur. The Pink City
As soon as your feet touch the ground in Delhi, your memorable adventure begins. Our team, along with our personal chef, will be there to greet you at the airport and provide a relaxing breakfast before we set off by luxury coach for Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan - the largest state in India. Upon reaching Jaipur, you will be escorted to the lavish Palace Hotel where the king of Jaipur once lived, and where celebrity guests like Jacqueline Kennedy and Queen Elizabeth's handmaiden have stayed.
You will be able to take a refreshing break before enjoying a private celebration of India's biggest festival, Holi. This festival of colours will provide an exciting adventure for you to witness and celebrate.
After the celebration, your first day in India will conclude with a special dinner featuring a diverse selection of the finest foods.
Day 2 - Jaipur. Stunning views at the Amber Fort
As we awaken in the regal city of Jaipur, known for its pink hue and rich Maharaja heritage, it is time to embrace our inner royalty. After indulging in a luxurious breakfast, we will embark on a tour of the stunning Amber Fort. This unique experience allows us to climb the Fort in true royal fashion, atop the back of an Elephant.
Later in the afternoon, we will embark on a tour of the Pink City where you will have the opportunity to explore the renowned gemstone jewellery and textile boutiques of Jaipur.
Indulge in a luxurious dining experience and feel like royalty. Take a special cooking lesson with the royals, where you will learn their heirloom recipes and techniques for using spices. These classes provide the simplest methods for creating some of India's most popular and delicious dishes with minimal ingredients. Pamper yourself with a royal experience.
Day 3 - Jaisalmer. Gold City in the Thar Desert
The adventure continues in the sand dunes of Jaisalmer.
The morning starts with a hearty breakfast in a cosy environment. Afterwards, you will be transported to the Jaipur airport for a one-hour flight to the Golden city of Jaisalmer, Asia's only living Fort city.
At this unique glamping resort, you will be immersed in a stunning natural environment amongst the tribes. Day 4 - Food Tour Jaisalmer
Wake in the midst of the desert and make your way to the sand dunes, you will be treated to one of the most breathtaking sights - the sunrise over the desert.
In the afternoon, our private chef will take you on a culinary adventure, exploring the local food and nomadic culture of Jaisalmer, the Golden City. You will be taken to the local market and given a taste of the street food, all while gaining insights into the food culture of the area.
Day 5 - Jodhpur. The Blue City
We will begin your day by traveling to the Blue City of Jodhpur, where we will take a stroll through its narrow lanes.
We will stay at the luxurious Mud Fort, a world-renowned boutique hotel known for its luxury, literally in the middle of nowhere. We will enjoy aperitivo at the terrace overlooking the dunes and will have a quick refreshing swim.
In the evening, we have planned a special cooking class for you. Our chef will provide a demonstration of local recipes in a private setting, accompanied by storytelling, and dinner will be served afterwards.
Day 6 - Udaipur. The Mesmerising City Of Lakes
Your plan for today includes a drive to the scenic land of Udaipur, known for its many lakes.
Once there, you will check in at a Private Villa that has been named the best in the region in 2021. You will relax by the pool sipping some of the Indian wine while staff will cater delicious snacks. Perfect afternoon with nice music, drinks, talks and laughs with foodies by the swimming pool…
In the evening, the villa will transform into a party venue for a memorable night. Together with private chefs we will prepare a dinner, and professional dancers from the region will provide cultural dance performances.
Day 7 - Udaipur. Mesmerising architecture of The City Palace
On this wild day in Udaipur, you will have the opportunity to embark on a hike through the nearby forested hills in the morning. After enjoying a special picnic with tea and snacks, you will visit the majestic City Palace and the stunning Jagdish Temple. Later, you will have the chance to stroll through the beautiful Lake City of Udaipur.
In the evening, you will be treated to a sunset ride on the King’s private boat on the tranquil waters of Lake Pichola where you can admire the stunning views of the Lake Palace, also known as the floating hotel. Afterwards, you will be pampered by the staff at the villa with some delicious local delicacies.
Day 8 - Back to Incredible India's Capital. New Delhi
Today, we will take a short and return to Delhi from the Udaipur Airport. Upon arrival, you will check-in at the luxurious Modern Palace Hotel which is known to be the finest city hotel in all of India. Once settled, we will all meet at the roof top’s infinity pool for an afternoon swim and a cocktail.
Optional: In the evening we can visit one of the most spectacular Temple in the country, Akshardham.
Day 9 - A Journey through the Foody Streets of Old Delhi
After your indulgent breakfast, join us on the Old Delhi Food Walk with Chef - an exclusive food tour of Delhi led by a local chef. This tour provides a unique look into the city's food culture, including its food vendors, kitchens, and related businesses. The expertise and intimate knowledge of the chef ensures that this food tour is truly one-of-a-kind.
In the afternoon, you will have time to visit a market to buy presents or do some shopping.
On your last evening, let's make the most of it by visiting India's best restaurant, also it is constantly in the list of world's top 50 restaurants.
Day 10 - Delhi - Vilnius
As your unforgettable journey to India comes to a close, you will witness your final sunrise before being transferred to the airport for your journey back home.
