Why are memberships only annual?

I want to create a community of foodies who spend time together, travel together and enjoy food together. We put a lot of work and heart into this project, so we want to avoid as much as possible members who would only join for a month, use all the benefits and then leave the club. 

If people join only for a month, it will never become a popper community, a FOOD CLUB.

As well I want to organise high-quality, exclusive events, dinners and trips. If people only join for a month and then leave the club, it will make it very difficult to plan trips and dinners as it will be super difficult to predict how many people will join my organised events.

For example, I'm going to bring in chefs from abroad and do pop-up parties, and in order for the dinner to be successful and profitable, we need to know at least an approximate number of people.

Of course, there will be some dinners where more people will be able to participate, but club members will have a special price and pay significantly less. Or dinners, where only members will get a full experience, while others may be offered a simpler menu the next day.

How many events are you planning to host?

The plan is to organise 1-2 events per month. They will increase with the increasing number of members. At the beginning, the events are planned in Lithuania, and later we will be able to go abroad as well! Members will see the event calendar with all scheduled events when they log into the Another Bite Food Club platform.

We also have a separate space on the platform where we can chat and spontaneously catch up after work, or maybe last minute we will be invited to taste new menu at a partner’s restaurant…

If I can't attend events, what other benefits can I expect after paying the membership fee?

Another Bite Food Club platform will become the #1 platform for travel lovers. You will no longer have to waste time searching for the best places to eat in Madrid, Rome, Los Angeles or any other city you are travelling to. After joining the platform, you will find city guides with restaurant recommendations, and members will also be able to recommend places they have discovered and tried.

You will also find discounts and offers provided by partners:

• For example Club members will be able to order premium meats such as Japanese Wagyu, Australian Tomahawk, Spanish Iberico directly from suppliers at a wholesale price!! And it will be delivered directly to your home. You won’t be able find such steaks in stores! And members will be able to purchase them them at a wholesale price :) Which means, if you make a couple of orders a year, your membership already pays for itself.

• Šiaurės Jūra, for example, will apply 15% on oysters or other products on Thursdays!

• When you visit partner restaurants, you will be treated in special way, will be offered a welcome drink, coffee, dessert or event a gift! 

So if you visit at least a few places a month, your membership will already pay off :) Number of partners will increase every month.

What is the Another Bite Food Club PLATFORM?

This is an online platform (Apple users can also have an app on their phone!) that ONLY Another Bite Food Club members and partners will have access to. In this platform you will all the privileges, such as:

• special offers from partners, where you will be notified directly about freshly arrived oysters or fresh cheese from Italy;

• special discounts from our partners and a club card, which you can use to take advantage of these offers;

• city guides with offers of various restaurants. We will constantly update city guides, create new ones and invite you to create your own. Together we will share hidden gems and the most delicious places in the world!

• we will communicate and share recommendations - all topics and questions are welcome!

• here every member of the club will be able to invite others to meet for a spontaneous dinner in the city or…. invite everyone to your house?!

Will I have to pay extra for the dinners?

Yes, you will have to pay for the dinners.

In the beginning, if the required number of members is not gathered (the club has just born and needs to grow), it is possible that I will also offer my mailing list subscribers and my followers to join events. However, the price will be lower for members as they already pay the membership fee.

There will also be seasonal free events for members: maybe it's a wine or champagne tasting, a butter and natural wine party or a pasta workshop :)

What will be the prices for the dinners/events?

From 0 to 500 EUR.

It could be dinner or event free or charge,  because our partners will invite club members to be first to taste new menu and give them feedback. 

But there will also be a dinner, where the price will include venue rent fee, chef's fee, flights, hotel, maybe we will use only premium champagnes, premium ingredients (caviar, white truffles...), and maybe even special light and music effects, DJ , cocktails…. Such a dinner can cost up to 500 euros.

Every dinner, event or experience will be very different.

How often and when do you plan to travel? Where will you travel?

All the trips will be organised on the mutual agreement of our club members. I will offer destination, the best time to travel and some details what we could do there.. and only  then we wiill decide together which date is suitable for all the interested members. So far I have two travel offers: Puglia Experience and Madrid weekend. But I have other ideas - I am planning a food tour with a chef in Portugal, Toscana Experience, Truffle Experience in Abruzzo and many others.

After gathering a group of 6-8 people, we will start planning the trip with that group and we will all decide together which date is the most suitable.

How many partners do you currently have?

More than 40! That's how many special offers you can currently take advantage of with your member’s card. This is just the beginning, as the club grows we intend to find more and more partners and bring you more special offers.
