B’Arn restaurant’s pre-opening dinner

We’ve got something extra special lined up for you! One of my all-time favorite chefs, Arnas Petronis, is finally opening his own restaurant, and he’s inviting us to an exclusive pre-opening dinner party in what he’s calling "the smallest kitchen in Vilnius!"

This is going to be a proper kitchen party—think incredible food served right in front of us, a cozy vibe, and plenty of conversation (with a few glasses of wine, of course) while Arnas prepares a stunning 10-course dinner for us to share.

Naan bread / lightly spicy burnt chili-nduja butter / mussels
Toro tuna / potatoes / truffle ponzu
Dry-aged dorade (24 hrs in kombu) / green curry emulsion / avocado / yuzu
Milk-fed pork carnitas / Argentine prawns / pineapple salsa
Whipped burrata / pumpkin / persimmon / wild rice
Eggplant / pico de gallo / peanut lime sauce / dukkah
Potato gratin bites / truffle sour cream
Black cod / carrots / hazelnuts / cherries
Pigeon / cumin butter potatoes / beetroot
Churros / tarragon cream / strawberries in pineapple-grapefruit gel
